Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable), within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, items returned after 30 days will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification acknowledging receipt of your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 6 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment for the value of the returned item and any associated taxes. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

Upon receipt of your exchange, we will send you an email confirming the arrival of your returned item. We will also provide you with the status of your exchange and tracking information for the exchanged item back to you.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Additionally, shipping costs incurred for sending items to you are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.
